Quotes
A quote is a price based on the print, material, and quantity you send me. It isn't a guaranteed order until we both agree to move forward. Quotes can change if the file, material, or quantity changes after I've priced the job.
Orders and payment
Once you accept a quote, I'll confirm timeline and payment terms directly with you by email before I start cutting. Parts are made to the print and specification you provide — it's on you to make sure that file is correct before I run it.
Tolerances and specification
I hold the tolerances called out on your print, and my standard shop tolerance where none is specified. If a print is ambiguous, I'll ask before I run it rather than guess.
Warranty
I stand behind parts that don't match the agreed print or specification and will make it right. I don't warranty a part's fitness for your end application — that's an engineering call that belongs to you and your design.
Limits
My responsibility for any order is limited to the value of that order. I'm not liable for downstream costs from a part being used outside the specification it was ordered to.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
