I measure what I make.
Every program gets verified against the print before it ever runs production. Critical features come off the machine and get checked with Mitutoyo calipers, Mitutoyo micrometers, and Starrett hand tools. In-machine probing keeps my setups honest and my repeatability where it needs to be across the whole run.

Clean parts. No shortcuts.
Parts ship deburred, cleaned, and packaged so they show up looking like the print. I don't skip the finishing work because it's the last thing between my machine and your assembly line.
- Edge breaks and full deburring on every part
- Surface finish held to print specification
- Part marking and engraving — laser or mechanical
- Protected packaging so parts arrive in the same condition they left
Paperwork that follows the part.
If your program needs certs, you get certs. If it needs traceability, you get traceability. I don't manufacture paperwork that isn't there, and I don't skip paperwork that should be.
