Quoteable standard items
Most items below run in 6061 or 7075 depending on what your application needs — the MC-HS-80 is 6061-T6 only. These aren't off-the-shelf stock parts — I cut each one to your print or spec, in the quantity you actually need.

MC-BRK-90 — 90° L-Bracket
80×50×50 mm, 8 mm legs, 4× M5 per face, 6061-T6 (7075 only if high-load)

Typical use
Sensor mounts, motor mounts, panel supports, and general structural attachment points where you need a rigid, repeatable part.
MC-FIX-100 — Fixture Plate
100×100×12 mm, 10 mm M6 tap-drill grid, 4× Ø6.5 corners, 6061-T6

Typical use
Work-holding and tooling plates — tapped hole patterns, dowel locations, and flat, stress-relieved stock for jigs and fixtures.

Typical use
Bolt-pattern transitions between two components that were never designed to mate — motor-to-gearbox, sensor-to-bracket, panel-to-frame.

Typical use
Compact machined enclosures for electronics, sensors, or small assemblies that need a clean fit and a finished look.

Flat or finned plates for thermal transfer off electronics and power components — machined for full-contact flatness.
